We deliver, assemble and adjust your furniture in place. For projects beyond Moldova, delivery is agreed around your location.
A few practical details.
Tell us what you have in mind — a floor plan, a photograph, or just the room and the idea. We measure the space, agree the materials with you, and then send an itemised quotation: piece by piece, with every material named, so you can see what you are paying for.
The consultation and the quotation are complimentary, and neither commits you to anything.
It depends on the piece, the finish and how busy the workshop is — a single sofa and a full apartment are not the same undertaking. You are given a date in writing with your quotation, before you commit to anything.
If anything changes while your piece is being built, you hear it from us first, not on the delivery day.
Anywhere in Moldova, with our own team and our own vehicles — delivery, assembly and installation included in the commission.
We export regularly to Romania, Ukraine, Germany, Italy, France, the United Kingdom and Belgium. For anywhere else in Europe, send us the address and we will come back to you with the arrangement and the cost.
Often, and gladly. Send us their drawings and specifications and we will produce to them, measure the site ourselves to check the fit, and tell you before anything is made if a detail will not hold up in production.
Designers and architects working with us keep one point of contact through the whole commission — the same person from quotation to installation.
We are still here. A piece built in our own factory can be adjusted, re-upholstered or repaired in it — we keep the specification of what we made for you, down to the fabric.
If something needs attention after installation, contact the showroom and our own team deals with it. Clients moving house often ask us to dismantle, wrap and refit their furniture as well; ask, and we will quote for it.
